Day Two: Stylish Blogger

Hello my friends!

First I want to thank all of you for your wonderful comments on yesterday’s post. You guys are wonderful. I love knowing that you enjoy reading what I ramble about here (: If you ever have questions for me, feel free to ask. I have an anonymous “ask” on my tumblr if you ever want to know something but would rather keep your name out of it (;

Last night I had a blasty-blast! I played numerous games with Cassie including Kinect for the Xbox 360, N64, and we also watched family guy while eating Veggie Pizza (olive oil instead of tomato sauce of course!). We also stayed up into the wee hours talking about God and our faiths. Amazing, perfect night<3

Unfortunately today after she left I was forced to write an essay. What? You had to write an essay in summer?¬†Yes, the sad days of online classes ūüė¶ Fortunately I finished it about 5 minutes ago and had to jump on my blog and post for a pick-me-up (; I’m pretty sure my google reader is at about 50 posts too. I am never going to keep up with that thing. #craziness

So the absolutely wonderful Lindsay at¬†http://lovesveggies.blogspot.com¬†tagged me for the Stylish Blogger Award! 1.) I am super touched by what she said on her blog. 2.) Go check out her blog! She is into green living and loves to create plant-based recipes that are super yummy from her hometown of Sarasota, FL. (So… if you visit her… take me with you!??!)

The rules of the Stylish Blogger award are as follows:
1. Share 7 things about yourself.
2. Tag some fellow bloggers.
3. Contact bloggers and let them know you tagged them.

I’m going to try to throw some interesting information at you guys that you might not know! (Although I kind of am a tell-all person, so it’s going to be hard to think of things!)

1.) I have to sleep in the cold.¬†I can’t sleep in hot rooms. In summer, the only time I turn on my air conditioner is at night so that it is¬†freezing¬†in my room during the night. Cuddling under blankets it my favorite thing.

2.) I am always cold, all the time.¬†My friends joke about it and so do I, but honestly it is super inconvenient! I hate that I freeze in malls, movie theaters, and basically anywhere inside during the summer. I wear shorts because it’s hot outside but if I enter any building I suffer with goosebumps. I have to wear a sweatshirt and pants in the grocery store to be okay.

3.) I grew up on Pokemon and video games.¬†I played outside like any normal child of course. From time to time, however, I played Sega with my younger brother until 3am, or we would spent hours trying to get through the water temple on Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I am still into video games, but not as much as I used to be because I don’t usually have the time. When I was younger I watched Pokemon every single morning. I had the cards, and you better believe that I played the games every time I stepped into a car. I was going to catch them all.

4.) I have¬†scoliosis. It isn’t severe enough to where I need to wear a brace, but it is one of the reasons I’ve had difficulty with flexibility in the past, and my back gets sore very easily. I have a hard time having proper posture because it hurts to sit up straight for long periods of time. I am trying to do back exercises to strengthen my back to prevent the scoliosis from getting any worse.

5.) Tiger lilies are my favorite flower. I don’t know why, maybe I just like the name. But I also think that they are beautiful.

6.) I am really, really forgetful.¬†I forget people’s birthdays, I forget about work, I forget about appointments, I forget about homework, I forget about tests, I forget just about everything. I am always worried about forgetting things when I leave the house. I forget that I’m cooking oatmeal in the morning sometimes. I forget where my cell phone is while I’m talking to someone on it.I forget people’s name constantly. I forget what words mean. I forget how to spell things.

7.) I love bookstores. Last year when I was camping with my girls, one of the charades cards literally said “Viv in a bookstore.” You cannot drag me out of those places without a fit! I can’t put a finger on it but the whole atmosphere and all the books amaze me. I would love to spend an entire week just in a bookstore, reading, drinking tea, and soaking up the atmosphere. So amazing!

Well that’s all for me. Let’s see what some of these lovely bloggers have to tell you!
